About Us


Skytech Computers has grown into a local support network for students, home users and small businesses from Adelaide’s north to south with the personal touch.

The business was started from the ground up 9 years ago. We have established a database of over 5000 clients, not including cash sales, who use our service regularly.

The shop is open 5 days a week

9:00am to 6:00pm Monday- Friday

Operations

We have expanded into the schooling area consulting.  This involves on site work, ghosting machines and solutions for their environment including wireless networking.

Over the last 9 years that Skytech has traded, it has evolved from one pc tech on site into a full retail facility expanding to 4 staff that creates new sales and products. We also cater for the refurbished market, giving support to various types of window products. We are moving into the next generation of operating systems.

  • Refurbished LCD Monitors to new LED LCD screens
  • In house and on site solutions (can arrange after-hours on site also)

Marketing

We plan to move into the next exciting release of NBN which will increase our sales for a faster network.  This will allow our clients of various backgrounds to increase their sales and communication, reduce their expenditure and allow an extra phone service at little cost

As an extension of our existing services, increased exposure to new technologies to our clients will assist their businesses in developing and maintaining IT solutions to keep pace with an ever changing environment.


Staffing

The new owner/manager has been with the company for the last 9 years rising from a pc tech/sales background into running the store for the last 6 years in a managerial role.  This includes staffing, purchasing, constant liaison with clients, company direction and focus.

We have an open style retail shop including a repair centre in view of the clients. We encourage the staff to interact with our clients to give a personal touch and to form a trusting relationship.

We have the opportunity to take over the company and progress forward, upward and onward - the sky is the limit.
